This location is THE WORST I've ever been to. The staff have attitude and argue with you when they get your order wrong (which... is at least 50% of the time if you order more than one coffee). My husband had issues and asked to speak to the manager. He wastold he'd get a call... he never did. He even went into the store a few days later and the manager refused to speak withhim. The service has been so bad, we actually emailed Head Office... finally, the manager had to call. She offered me a $25gift card for my troubles. It has been a few weeks and I haven't picked it up because I've switched coffee shops. I am notwilling to step inside the store just to be insulted, or treated with disrespect again. Read more
Walked over from exhibition grounds with 3 friends ordered food to sit in and eat, about 5 minutes later a staff member said we... had to leave because he was locking the door (at 4pm in the afternoon).. would not even wait for us to finish eating our meals..very unprofessional and rude. Read more
Ordered everything bagel toasted with butter. I must say it was toasted all right (it was burnt Black to the point it was not... edible . I did not go back to this Tims because I could not see me waiting in 15 minute lineup again. Read more
This place must try to practice magic!! To bad it didn't work. Scratching out what you made , to match what I ordered. DIDN'T... WORK!! After a fifteen minute wait in drive thru. Good Tim Hortons restaurant. This particular store has been open for decades. It's a about 40 minutes away from Halifax on Hwy... 101 and it has always been a good spot to grab a coffee and some food. The staff were very friendly and courteous this visit. Some were busy cleaning up the place. Unfortunately they hadn't made it to the men's washroom in some time and what was seen wasenough to cut you appetite. Other than that, it is you typical older Tim Hortons store. Read more
We had nice healthy muffins and they were delicious!!! The coffee and tea were also good as usual.
