Placed an online order for pick up. Requested both sandwiches to be toasted in the special instructions because there is no... TOASTED button as she said there was. Also the veggies were FROZEN. I requested a refund for my sandwiches. Then the managercalls back and tried to have me drive back for new ones... I don't have time. Didn't offer free ones a different day.... toldher the second time just refund my money then proceeded to make excuses.... not interested in excuses just refund my moneyplease. Read more
The girl working did not tell us they had no condiments until she had all but one sandwich started. All sandwiches were meat... only and we had to pay full price. Subway is overpriced to begin with but without any condiments on the sandwiches it iscomplete highway robbery Read more
The girl who was working tonight clearly did not want to be there! My kids and I walked through the door, she rolled her eyes... and huffed and puffed. This is not the first time! We turned around and walked right back out! We will not be eating thereanymore! Not to mention the open sign was turned of at 8:15 yet it says they don't close until 9:30! Read more
Website says they close at 10, tried calling multiple times to place an order but no answer. So I decided to drive up there and... just order when I got there. When I got there open sign was still on and was told they close at 9:30 and she was doing her lastsandwich. Heard a bunch of bad things about this Subway and decided to give it a shot but now I definitely won?t be back. Read more
It was INSANELY slow this evening. I'm not usually in a hurry and tonight was mom exception, but there was only ONE EMPLOYEE... UNTIL 6PM! I arrived around 5 and there were two orders in front of me. The food was OK but the employee that seems like she HATES the world, it would make for a more comfortable experience if you at... least smiled or acted just a LIL happy to b there!! I don't know what is going on in your life but I hope things get better foryou soon so you don't have to be at subway unhappy making sandwiches! this subway is good. always clean and friendly workers. they seem to have a hard time being staffed and I have noticed a rude... customer every time I've been in there really ragging on the workers. it's upsetting to see tell public treat the workers soawful . one lady that worked there was alone because understaffed and a long line . a pickup order came and it wasn'tready..because they were packed and the customer was so extremely rude but the lady kept her cool, stayed calm and got the jobdone. I really feel bad for the people who do work here when they don't have enough help . they still do a great job Read more
Tried to get food just now. The door was opened and there was a worker there. However, she said they were closed. So, they're... physically open, but economically closed. Sounds to me like they don't want anyone's money. Read more
