I hate bad customer service. I arrived at this location at 7:30 pm. It said it closes at 8pm online and on their door and I?m... also familiar with the new Britain location of the restaurant which closes the same time. I and 3 other customers who hadarrived before me were attempting to get into the restaurant but the doors were all locked early. The sign still said open andthere were 3 people just standing there talking while customers attempted to enter the restaurant. They also turned their phonesoff as it went straight to voicemail. I called the NB location and theirs was on and answered. Common courtesy if they wereclosing early would be acknowledging the customers, who might return another day to pay for service in your business, andletting them know you are closing early. Not standing around having conversations and literally avoiding eye contact with anyonewho tugs on the door. This location is the worst of the two I?ve been to. Definitely went out of my way to write this becauseit?s necessary to let people know how respect is shown here. I?m all set. Read more
They got my order COMPLETELY WRONG. It was the wrong meal and they missed some of the extra food I ordered. The food was Sloppy... and it tasted so greasy. Never again. Read more

Finally got a chance to try this gem and I wasn?t disappointed at all. They had a great selection of food, friendly staff that... allowed me to try a few samples, and overall it was a pleasant experience. They are a bit pricey, however, I think it?s worth itand will definitely return and recommend! Read more

The food is okay, it is nothing to rave about. I personally wouldn't recommend this location. The few times I've visited, the... service has been poor and they have consistently had menu items not available. The last time I went during the afternoon, theyran out of mofongo. The time before that rice. And before that beef and chicken empanadas. See a pattern? Read more
Tried Puerto Ricon food for the first time after seeing ads in Facebook. Cute little place but looks like they get a lot of... delivery so their attention is more in those. However we ordered monfongo dishes and it was little heavy as it was made ofPlantain and its fried Plantain mostly. It kind of mushed with things but really worth a try for a first time. The chicken wasgood and the portion size was good. It was good we liked it. The sides were also great. For dessert we tried the tres leechcake, it was a perfect portion and was really really good. I ordered Adobe chicken and pulled pork to be catered for a family event. At the time of pick up the chef came out to provide... education on how to store the pork to avoid food illness.
