First time eating at this new restaurant, very happy with the experience. They give you free chips and salsa. The chips are the... same ones the use for the nachos and they are nice and robust, don't get soggy right away. The salsa is very authentic Mexican,it is fresh and nice and light. If your used to the more American heavier salsa this may not be a plus, although it reallyshould be. We started with the sampler platter, and after the chips and salsa, it was a lot of food. That and another appetizerwould have stood in fine for a full meal. The entrees we're good as well, fresh and light, as opposed to heavy and wet thatMexican can sometimes be. Personally I liked how they did not feel the need to go overboard on the cilantro. We got out of therefor under sixty bucks including tip at lunch for two of us. That's with leftovers, and I am not the type not to finish my meal.Very good value vs what you usually see today and good food. Definitely worth your time and money to give it a try. Read more
Stopped in between appointments and got a burrito. It only took a few minutes to get. They were super fast and very nice. The... burrito was excellent. I wish I had more time to enjoy it. I'll definitely be back to sit down and enjoy a meal. Read more
Our second visit- got the steak tacos and steak fajitas. The frosted beer mugs were a nice touch! Ask for the spicy salsa ????

My manager took me to this restaurant for lunch last year on my first day at my new job, I got the chorizo tacos with rice and... beans for lunch. It was amazing, and I?ve ordered food from them since then. Some time I would order the Birria tacos which comewith the broth where I can dip my tacos in. Birria tacos are definitely my all time favorite tacos. It?s usually super fast ifyou call and order for takeout. If you want to eat indoor, the restaurant is really nice. The staff is always friendly and happyto see you. When the weather is nice outside, there?re tables and chairs for you to sit outside. Overall, it?s one of the bestrestaurants I?ve been to. I?ve taken my wife here, and she loved it. I definitely recommend this place to all my friends andfamily. Read more

We went to Hausteca for lunch after having heard a lot about it. When we got there they immediately greeted us and sat us at a... table with menus. While we were checking out the menu, they brought out chips and salsa. The salsa had just enough of a kickthat people who like spice can appreciate it, but people who dont like heat can still eat it. We got the taco salad and steakfajitas. The taco salad was very tasty but a little soggy and the the crisp taco shell lost some of its crisp. The fajitas camewith warm homemade tortillas and all the usual toppings. Everything was beautifully seasoned, especially the steak which wasvery unique from any fajita steak I had tasted before, in such a great way. I could easily just eat a plate of that steak and bevery happy. Overall we really enjoyed this authentic Mexican food. Very much recommend trying it and we will be returning. Read more
