We ordered a frozen coffee with less sugar in it (as we do at all locations), they made it super sweet instead. We politely... told them it was made incorrectly, workers gave us an attitude saying that it was made right. Had to keep telling them it isnever this sweet until the manager heard & offered to help out, which she was the only nice person at the store... Even afterthe manager apologized & had it remade, the workers were still bickering about it: talking about how we were wrong. The regularcoffee was good, since that's hard to make incorrectly. this location was excellent. I was there with my grandkids, one of them autistic, the employee were very kind and friendly to... him. Hector and William were excellent with customer service. service was great but they went out if their way to make mygrandson feel attended. I ordered 1 everything bagel, toasted with extra plain cream cheese. I was charged $5.99, and when I questioned why it's nearly... 6 dollars, the drive thru worker apologized for how expensive the charge is for extra cream cheese. The guy who made it said "Iput a knife in so you can scrape some off. I put a ton on so you can get your money's worth. There's enough cream cheese forlike 3 bagels on there" .. I didnt want an entire brick of cream cheese.. lol I just wanted more than what dunkin usually putson.. which is barely anything. Guess theres no in between. I took a few bites and threw the rest out, it was a disguisting messand tasted like lowfat or just expired. Won't be going back. Read more
