My daughter and I stopped by for a quick dinner tonight, and I have to say I was BLOWN away by the ?amazing? customer... service! Arthur took our order and was just so charismatic and so kind to my little girl. Travis (aka Traviolla*) brightened ourday with his charm and made us laugh with his silliness. ???? Hannah and Savanna were working so hard in the background, makingsure everyone?s food came out delicious! We will definitely be back to this particular Wendy?s solely because of these amazingyoung adults. ???? I don't like writing negative reviews. I've always a big advocate of Wendy's until they built one in my hometown of Windsor.... It's been a 50/50 whether it's good. Today I ordered the Hot n Honey Chicken. I love the balance of Spicy, pickle chips, cheeseand honey. This sandwich was devoid of honey...it's in the description of the sandwich. Kept hoping it would be in one of thebites...anyway, just another disappointing trip to the Windsor location. Best luck I've had is either Centerra or the Longmontexit. Read more
We go to the Wendy's in Windsor. I love their biscuits. I am a fan of other places biscuits. We get senior coffee and... breakfast for a great price. The people are great to us. They couldn't be nicer. Read more
This review is for Howie. My wife and I didnt get our nuggets when we went through the drive though. When we went back, Howie,... pretty sure that's his name jumped right on helping us and loaded us up with some nuggets. Sat in the drive thru for 20 while two employees did laps of the drive thru to trick their numbers. What a fun experience

Stopped by tonight. I made an order in the drive-through, paid, then sat waiting for 10 minutes. Once someone realized I was out... there? (which is weird because I literally just paid for the order 10 minutes earlier) it was obvious they had no clue what todo. Or that I had even made an order. To be fair, the manager tried to make it right and was kind? But then I got home andopened my meal. And it?s a completely wrong meal. The drink is wrong, the fries are stale/old, and the sandwich is wrong. c?monman! Read more
12.2022 UPDATE Best visit I've had here since their first opening months! Hot, fresh food and it came fast! The fries were... fantastic, the lobby was very clean and stocked. Howie at dine in is genuinely friendly and super nice. He and the fresh foodtoday made me decide to start coming back here again. Here's to a hopeful future! ????
