5 stars for Lucas 2 stars for subways management/ franchise owner. Highly satisfied with Lucas. He did his very best with the... opportunity presented to him. I walked in the store at 5:30 on a Friday. He had a steady line and was completely alone. Heworked in an overall timely manner but due to his higher ups he was NOT set up for success. Half of the menu items were missingas there was no way for him to make sandwiches, bread, and restock everything all at once. He was very polite and while he wasobviously burned out, he kept a great attitude. He definitely deserves to be on management, even with as young as he seems tobe. This is only one of the several times I have walked in and seen him or someone else working completely alone. If he doesn?tfind a job by the next time I go here, I will be offering him one. One employee working on online order and was polite. Other employee was going to walk over and help them her friend came in. The food at Subway is always good. BUT, the seemingly in charge person (not the young lady working the register) was very... brusque and rude. Date: 8/13/20 about 12:30 PM. I witnessed the same treatment of other customers from this person. Iunderstand this "social distancing" is necessary. But the way you enforce it is NOT by being rude. Asking nicely when peopleunknowingly do something against "YOUR Rules" is okay. But treating people like you have all power and authority is wrong. Weare still paying customers that should be treated respectfully. Someone should not be chastised for ordering a stupid sandwichin a way the server does not approve. VERY DISAPPOINTED!???? Read more
