We went to the Windsor location at 8pm, one hour before closing. The associates removed 90% of the food. The only available... toppings to make a sandwich was ham, bacon, pickles, guacamole, and American cheese. The only available bread was Jalepeno. Read more
5 stars for Lucas 2 stars for subways management/ franchise owner. Highly satisfied with Lucas. He did his very best with the... opportunity presented to him. I walked in the store at 5:30 on a Friday. He had a steady line and was completely alone. Heworked in an overall timely manner but due to his higher ups he was NOT set up for success. Half of the menu items were missingas there was no way for him to make sandwiches, bread, and restock everything all at once. He was very polite and while he wasobviously burned out, he kept a great attitude. He definitely deserves to be on management, even with as young as he seems tobe. This is only one of the several times I have walked in and seen him or someone else working completely alone. If he doesn?tfind a job by the next time I go here, I will be offering him one.
