I was asked to leave because they were "short staffed" at 2:45 pm. I was one of two people sitting in the lobby minding my own... business. There were 4 or 5 people working and one car in the drive-through when I left. I thought Starbucks took pride incustomer experience and providing a space to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, and get work done. Apparently not. Best coffee. Always fast friendly service
I'm leaving off 2 stars because what is going on with leaving off the sleeves lately? I don't know if this is a renewed effort... to be more eco-friendly but I'm not sure this is your best approach. As customers, we have become used to being servedstarbuck's with the sleeve (stopper isn't always necessary so i understand leaving that off, or asking) but coffee is HOT, soplease just leave the sleeve on until you have a different way of preventing us from burning ourselves (and prevent lawsuits onyour end). Sometimes the girls/boys at the drive thru don't even ask, they just leave it off altogether. I do not understandthis! If you're serving hot coffee, you need the sleeve! Read more
Workers so stressed it negatively effect your order. Drink arrived to be whipped cream.

This is my least favorite location. The wait is really long most of the time. They were out of the flavor I came for. But in... general, prices are higher than ever and now they've just added a tip option to their credit card system. What's next.. I'llneed to tip the cashier at king soopers? Read more
