I think this is a new crew, the customer service was great. We were greaterd with a smile as we walked in, they waited patiently... while we were trying to figure out what we wanted to order. For your own sake AVOID THIS KFC IN WINDSOR AT ALL COSTS! $8.50 for three chicken tenders. Had to pull around and park and wait... 15 minutes for then to bring them out. Nowhere to park because another 20 cars waiting for orders (see photo). Finally get thetenders and not only are they the tiniest, over cooked, dry pieces of chicken ove ever seen but they're also cold! Thus placesucks! Do not go here! Read more
Placed my order and paid through the app a little after 9am on Sunday. Both the app and Google show that they are open till 10pm... but they were already closed when I got there. I still haven't been refunded for my order either. Wouldn't corporate know thecorrect hours of their own locations? Or are the employees just wanting to go home early? Definitely disappointed. This place was disgusting. I ordered a meal for 1 thru the drive thru. Charged me $13 for 3 leftover bits of chicken that... seemed like it was sitting there for a couple of weeks, my mashed potatoes who knows how long that was sitting, crusty & slappedbrown gravy over it, I thought I could at least eat my coleslaw, I spit it out because it didn't even taste like coleslaw. Restaurant is ALWAYS filthy and tonight was no exception. Your shoes stick to the floor, trash on tables not cleaned up, spilled... ketchup congealed on counter by the drink lids. I really like KFC but this one is awful dry chicken rude service. I believe it is due to POOR/BAD management. Xstreet is King... Soopers with good fresh juicy chicken all the sides and rolls for MUCH MUCH cheaper!! Update---thought I would try it one moretime it's been several months. Went to get grilled chicken and they told me they only have it on Wednesdays. Whos rule is that?that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard that is poor management.
