These guys are not to bright. They had their drive through sign reading the #12 meal as being 6.59 for the meal and 9.79 for the... sandwich. I called them on this and the manager looks very unmanager like says "That's for the small meal". No where does itsay small meal. God. What's wrong with people these day and who they are willing to hire. If you go here or any Arby's as for asmall meal. Apparently this is something we don't know about. 3 dollars cheaper. Avoid this one and just go up to the one off 392 and i25 or down off HWY 34. Much better customer service. This one won't make... you an Arnold Palmer with their premium lemonade, even if you pay for a premium lemonade. They say they cant, its againstpolicy. But the one on 392 has ZERO problem doing so. Got there at 7:55. I was told it closes at 8:00 even though website says 9:00 and it was too late place an order. Hmm...how many... minutes before 8 should I have placed my order...cause maybe they should either disclose this info on their website or closebefore 8. Read more

I was very disappointed the chicken sandwich was cold like they pulled it out of the refrigerator and made the sandwich. I also... ordered the mac and cheese the cheese they use is nasty and cold. Arbys stay away from Mac and cheese let other restaurantshandle that dish. The only positive thing about this place was the jalapeño popper were hot. Will I come back to thisrestaurant?.NO Read more
Still waiting. Unless you've got 45 minutes to kill and nothing better to do, I'd skip this place. I'm not sure why this place... is even open. Still waiting. It is maddeningly slow. Just pull around and wait is what they told me, it's going on 30 minutesand no food. Seriously. Read more
It makes me sad to only give them one star. This location needs some real attention to detail when it comes to customer... service. In reading the reviews it does not surprise me why I had the experience I had and the other people that supported thisbusiness last night. My crinkle fries tasted (and looked) like they had been put through the deep fryer 2x. While my husbandand I sat and ate our food we watched other people receive poor service at best. Employee was freshly groomed, looking sharp, and great manners greeted perfectly took my order got it right in, but on the other... hand, I don?t know what?s going on with Arby?s but the pandemic is over and they should have open their lobby at all times whenthey are in business hours and also many times before I?ve come to an Arby?s any Arby?s and they fail to give you napkins. Thatis why we took off two stars lobby and napkins. Food was fresh and hot and plenty of cheese so much and I really needed anapkin. The wait time in the drive-through was not that bad, I was the second one in line. Yes I know Arby?s gets busy sometimesbut even when I got to the window it was only a five minute or less.
