My first and only time there was mixed at best... Quality of chicken meat in appetizer..very good, however batter smelled like... it was cooked in used fried seafood oil( smelled of fried fish).Other appetizers were good. Steak tip flavor was very good, BUTwas a mix of mostly tough to chew ( resembling rubber) tips and actually some good textured tips. They were busy tonight, whenwent, in about 7pm.. I did get a single seat at bar right away, but after my order was taken, it was 45 minutes till anythingcame out. Staff was friendly at the establishment, but for me it was not worth the 50 bucks i dropped for the quality or lackthere of i received. Unfortunately i don't believe its worth a return trip. The food is always amazing! I love the atmosphere here. It's casual and upbeat. The staff is great and so is the service. They... have a great drink list and draft choices. The bacon wrapped scallops are delicious! Read more

Our server was a top notch member of the team. She earned her tip with her attentiveness and her ability to deal with the crowd... that was present. The kitchen staff, and the food overall, I can not say the same for. The half rack of ribs was dry, the bakedpotato was undercooked in the center while the peel was crunchy. Almost as if it was cooked in a microwave twice. We orderedbutternut squash, and was given a mix of summer squash and zucchini. We were not told the butternut was gone, nor asked what wewould like as a replacement item. The Top Sirloin was also dry. I was mesmerized by that fact, because the steak was orderedrare. Read more

The picture shown corresponding with this restaurant is old; they have moved to what used to be Gilbert's Chowder House on Rt 35... in Windham. The place was jumping for a Monday between the bar crowd and the restaurant - ahhh, Maine in the summertime. It wasalso rainy that night, but there was evidence of outdoor seating. Our waitress never wrote anything down, and only mixed up 2people's sides, which was easily rectified with a swap. They were also able to accommodate our party of 8, no reservations, within 20 minutes. I had the baked stuffed scallops with lobster and crab stuffing, which actually had marble-sized lobsterpieces in it for only $22. Portions were good. Read more

Had a good time, went here with my Grandpa for a Father's Day dinner (a bit late due to work). Got Mozerella sticks as an... appetizer, they were shaped more like triangles than sticks, and were really good. They did not skimp on the seasoning in thecoating. Got a sirloin steak (medium-rare), Cajun fries, and cole-slaw as my entrée. It was all super yummy and very filling.Did not save room for dessert. Bit on the pricy side, but not unexpected for the fact its a steakhouse. Worth the money. Read more
