This is the WORST Wendy's without question. We live near this location and have visited many times and it's consistently bad.... Slow service from people with nasty attitudes. Ice machine is frequently empty and no one's in a hurry to fill it. While we atein the restaurant at least 7 or 8 people in line left because of the slow service. We've learned our lesson and will never beback. Read more
People there were awful, clearly not paying attention, completely dismissive and never even attempted to talk to me. Just gave... me my money and continued taking orders. Go to next window and the lady giving me my food had this disgusted look on her faceand didn't attempt to be nice. My order is wrong but can't prove it since they didn't give me a receipt. I had to repeat the order 3 times until the host finally entered the order correctly. However, the order still was not made... correctly. The host was also rude and seemed to be in a hurry even though there was just me and one other person in the drivethrough. I ordered two fries. One was hot and tasty, while the other was lukewarm and stale. When I requested a receipt thehost seemed upset when she stomped off to get it. When she gave me the receipt she gave me a dirty look. Ok. So. I love Wendys. Had high hopes for a late night quick dinner. Um. Well never going here again. We ordered over $30... through online delivery. Waited in drive thru for probably 20 minutes. Get to window and order was not ready. The lady at thewindow was extremely rude. We ordered 3 orders of spicy nuggets with ghost pepper ranch and didn't receive a single order ofthem. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and mayo, didn't get that, Fiance ordered a regular crispy chickensandwich and this this thing let me tell you. It was a hockey puck. If I was playing for the Flyers and Marty Brodouir was stilla goalie for the Devils, this piece of chicken would've broke through his helmet. Inedible. Never buying from here again. Read more
The parking lot has been trashed for the past 5 days! The lobby has been closed for 3 days and the employees don?t even seem to... know whats going on. They messed up my order twice so I just drove off in frustration. A big waste of time and have no value forthe customers! Read more
I came during my lunch break and ordered a large pretzel pub burger, with a 6 piece slice chicken nuggets with ranch, and large... sweet tea. When I got to the window the cashier even asked me before paying if I was the one with the pretzel and spicy nuggets.I said yes. I ate the fries on the drive back but they were immediately cold. To my displeasure I find the rest of my order inshambles when I get back to work. The spicy chicken nuggets with ranch I ordered were classic nuggets with sweet and sour sauceand the pretzel pub burger was just a normal cheese burger with lettuce tomatoes and onions on a classic bun. Normally I don'tcomplain about restaurants for making little errors here and there but this was not even close to correct and not equal to whatI paid for. Read more
