First time in here and the service was awful! My son ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it taste awful it was too thick... and it didn?t taste right. I asked for something else and she said $9 I said excuse me? I explained how he didn?t like it andshe said they don?t do refunds they will have to throw it away?how is that my problem? The customer should be priority and youshould work on making them happy. The girls rolled their eyes and walked away. What a waste of $10. I was a regular customer at this establishment, until I visit the store today. I was not greeted while coming into the store,... which I did not mind at all! But after I was help while I was waiting for my açaí bowl one of the employee come out to stareat me and the shorts I wore(I just came back from the gym).Then she has whispered to her other co-workers and they all juststare at me, I felt very uncomfortable and I personally want to say ?bullied?. I will not come back to this establishment again,as someone who personally struggle with body dysmorphia and body image I did not appreciate my visit at all. Read more
Bowls are amazing. It was the lack of customer service from the manager. All I asked was for her to sprinkle half of my granola... into the bottom of the bowl before filling it. Her excuse was to charge me more, I didn?t want more. Then she said others willthink you got more. What others? No one was behind me, I said no they won?t you tell them you put half of my measured scoop onbottom, no big deal. I would of rather her just say I don?t wanna do it. This is my favorite acai bowl place ever! The majority of the staff and owner are so kind and accommodating. However it saddens... me to give it two stars, but this is because of one employee that is there almost everytime I visit. She really has ruined thisexperience for me. She is blonde and wears lulu lemon headbands and apparel. She is out right disrespectful and rude tocustomers. She rolls her eyes when we enter the building. I have called the store before to place my order to avoid furthercontact with her and watched her ignore the phone calls, while the place was empty and she just stood there. If someoneapproaches the counter to order she will stare a them with an angry look on her face and not even ask them what they want, butinstead challenge them to ask her instead if they can order yet. It?s borderline awkward and clearly awful behavior. I havenever left a review before, but this girl is that terrible. It?s a shame because this place would be so great otherwise. Read more
The food is great and the girls working there are all very nice. However, there?s a lack of organization which makes it hard to... want to go back. I waited over 20 minutes for my medium bowl while I watched three people that ordered after me get theirmultiple items first. Had to say something to the girls working there to finally get my bowl and when I got it the consistencywas watery and coming out the side of my bowl. You can tell the people working are trying their best, but management should lookinto creating a more organized system and possibly adding more staff so they?re not overwhelmed. Read more
