I really, really wanted to give the cafe a better score. The service was great & the employees were friendly. The breakfast... crepe was good & presented nicely but it was lacking in moisture & flavor. A small amount of creme fraiche or lemon (or chive)butter would have really elevated the crepe. The Nutella beignet was delicious. The coffee, while good, was on the cold side.This might be nitpicking but the forks are really narrow & made it very difficult to get more than a nibble at a time. I'd bewilling to give it another chance though as I'm in the area every week. Hopefully my second visit will be better than this one. Read more

I work from home, and this is one of my favorite places to hang out while working. I'm here so much that the owners and workers... know me. I have tried a lot of items, and the different pastries are awesome. The pastries are freshly made daily. The AfricanSolstice tea is awesome. Everyone is super nice. Ask for Brittany who has become my chit chat friend. I talk to everyone so muchthat it feels like Cheers where everyone knows your name. They also have a location in Hamlin. Read more

The Feench bakery is just delightful a fresh selection of pastries, constantly made, delicious coffee, the omelets and... sandwiches are delicious, the service is great, the servers are helpful, the place is clean and you can see the kitchen clean,clean, clean. They do change some of the pastries so every time you go is a new experience. They do have outdoor sitting. Read more

I?m in between 3 and 4 stars but I?ll give 4 because the place was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was okay though.... The pictures give it more justice. The orange juice was definitely freshly squeezed though. One of the only places I?ve been towhere I can genuinely say that. The breakfast sandwich on the baguette and the croissant sandwich were okay but they lackedflavor. The salad served with it was disappointing. Lettuce, tomato, and red onion in a small bowl felt more like a half a sidesalad. The crepe had good flavor but the crepe itself was rubbery. It seemed like a thin tortilla instead of thin pancake. Went for breakfast and it was great. Food and coffee were fresh and delicious. OJ was great and fresh squeezed (or at least... tasted that way). Staff was friendly. Nice set up inside and tables outside for dining as well. Some things take a little longerto cool and food was coming out as it was ready, but we didn't mind! Read more
