I'm a somewhat of a regular here. I pick up sandwiches like 4 times a month. Even before I entered the restaurant, there was a... Caucasian lady ordering her food and I only saw her backside. When it was my turn, I ordered my sandwich and was waiting whilethe first customer was also waiting and as more customers entered the store. Then I noticed she wasn't wearing a mask. I waiteda bit to see if the employees would say anything and they continued to serve her and check her out all the while as she istalking loudly in response to them. After she left and it was my turn to check out, I asked one of the employee immediately ifthey don't require masks in their store. I was told it is (obviously as it's a requirement and considered a health codeviolation now) but that was the only response. No explanation or reason as of why they allowed the lady in the store andcontinued to serve her. I'm sorry but you lost a regular. We are in a pandemic. You have to be strict and follow the COVIDguidelines in food service now. If you aren't enforcing masks while in the store, how can I trust you are taking any sort ofprecaution in food handling and steps of service with the danger of COVID? Was this an isolated case? Or have they made manyexceptions to other no maskers? I don't know. But for my own safety and the safety of others, I didnt risk it and threw mysandwich that I just bought away. They might not care about losing one customer's business but I won't be returning to thislocation anymore. Read more
What to say about Subway at Cornerstone at Summerport? Food quality is great, as well as cleanlines. Every other table is... closed and markings on the floor are posted for social distancing. Great customer service, minus the time when one of the guysinsinuated for me to put away a juice bottle and get my own just because he made a mistake of which one to get. Luckily he wascoached on the spot by the supervisor. Read more
