If I could rate a zero I would. I have been dining with them since their first location in Metro West and this was the worst... experience ever! I ordered 2 pizzas to go and got them home and they were cold, dry and the dough was really tough and oldtasting. I called and the manager said that?s impossible because the dough was made the day before. I then called back a coupledays and spoke with a really nice team member, he said he would have the owner call me. I never received a call so decided togive another chance and stopped in to pick up. I told the young girl about the situation and she said I will call my manager andowner to get you a discount. To make this very long story short ,they said NO. I will never ever return and sure hope theyrealize that a small discount for 2 small personal pizzas would have just showed they cared. Read more

While the food is decent, the service is horrific!!! I have never ordered from here and got my food on time or correct. I'm so... over this service, every time I complain and their like I know. Really you know, what are you trying to do to make it better.This time, they have gave me my food, took it back, and after 5 more minutes of waiting gave me my food like trash (seepicture). And to make matters worse they still gave me my order wrong; no sauce on my wings. Really I'm the fool here to keepordering food. Let me recommend Bella Tuscany or Piesanos Windermere. Read more

Now, I understand the conditions of our order. The hurricane just passed, hardly any other restaurants were open for valid... reasons, and I appreciate that Josie?s opened at all today. My girlfriend and I searched for hours for a place that was actuallyopen not only according to Google, but in reality, as well. However, after submitting our order at 6:31 PM on September 29thonline and waiting for the assigned 7:26 PM to reach the store, we were overwhelmed by the amount of other patrons also waitingfor their food. There were two lines: one along the right wall lined to the door, and the other to the left stretching from thebar. I stood in the dining area, waiting in what I thought was the take-out line, and waited for nearly 30 minutes past theinitial 7:26 PM pick up time. By the time I received the order, it was 7:51 PM, and I brought the food back to the car anddrove home. When finally inspecting the food, the restaurant oh so carefully forgot two items. Carrots and celery, priced at$0.79, and a side of ranch, also $0.79. Instead, we were given four sides of marinara sauce which was three too many. Again, Ido appreciate the work done and the integrity of the workers at Josie?s. However, we were very upset after a long hours-long dayof searching for food, being ripped-off by a Chili?s that wasn?t actually open, and a Domino?s that ran out of gluten-free pizzacrust. The metro turkey sub was a cool surprise. Recommended by the server, it was a cool combination of turkey, cranberries, apples,... bleu cheese, a tomato mayo and cheese. Turkey, sliced green apples, crumbled bleu cheese, dried cranberries, lettuce, sun-driedtomato mayo and cheese. Never had this combination on a sub before and really enjoyed it. Will get it again. When I went to Josie's it was a little packed and the service was a bit slower than I was hoping for. It took 5-10 minutes... before my party (3 people) were asked about drinks or even greeted. However, the food came out in a reasonable time and it wasnice and hot. Overall, much better food than you would get at a larger chain - both the wings and pizza. I don't think I'd goback to dine-in, but would consider carry out. Not my first choice when it comes to good pizza at a reasonable price. Read more

Such a shame. We spent @ 4k at josies all last year. For the 2nd time in a row our order was not ready when we came to pick it... up. We were notified via email order ready. Arrived at 6:50pm.....and waited til 725 for 2 pizzas.....20 wings. Bestpart.....3rd time in a row with an issue. This time was LAST TIME. Read more

I am debating between 2 stars and 3 stars. It was a rough night, for sure. We arrived around 8pm and sat down. We had 1 friend... with us that was on a separate check. We ordered pizzas, wings, and the bread appetizer. Wings came out in decent time. Theteriyaki wings were good. Then, we waited and waited. We ask about the bread and pizzas. We were told there was a mix up in thekitchen. 10 min later the medium pizza showed up. It was ok. However, still no bread or small pizza. Again, we asked about thesmall pizza and bread. They said the kitchen didn't receive some of the order. 5 min later the bread appetizer comes out. Stillno small pizza. The table beside us came in well after we did, ordered, received their food, ate, paid, and left before we weredone. We ask about the small pizza AGAIN! We were then told the kitchen never received that order. The small arrived just over 1hour after we ordered. We were not charged for that small pizza but had to ask for a pen to sign my check. Other than that, thebeer and Cider selections are quite extensive for such a small place. It will be a bit before we go back to dine in. Maybe it'sbetter to get take out from here. Read more

Josie?s has the BEST wings and pizza in Florida (in my humble opinion). The honey hot wing sauce is awesome. The pizza is always... hot, fresh and loaded with quality ingredients. My husband, friends, and I love dining at this location. Not a typical thing tosay about a pizza place, but this isn?t a typical pizza place! There?s a house beer on draft that?s really fantastic! And thestaff is top notch. It?s always great to see Lacey, she?s super knowledgeable and attentive. Six stars from these regulars! Read more
