Meat dried out, because they are not replenishing it, instead just trying to use every last bit and hoping no one complains... because of their big mobile order business, so they know rarely will anyone complain. The whole food serving area was disgusting. Food dripping off the glass, rice, beans all over the area. Really makes you lose... your appetite. Tbh I have never seen it look like that. 2 weeks ago I had my order leak all over me as soon as I sat in my car. It ruined one of my favorite pairs of pants. I was able... to get a refund so I decided to give them another try. This time not only did they completely mess up my order with guacamoleinstead of queso (I hate guac) and they added ingredients I didn't ask for and left off ones I did. The cherry on top came whenI tried to remove the guacamole only to find the sticker from the Avocado mixed into my food. This is one of the worst Chipotle's I've been to. I go to this one because it's closest to the house but it is always dirty. I... feel grossed out eating my food because every single surface in that place is disgusting. The doors have fingerprints and greaseall over them, the counters where they prep food- super gross, i didn't even want to set my purse on the counter to pay becauseit was gross and covered in food, and I went to get condiments and everything is dirty with trash... I was shocked to get the service my family (7 of us) and I received at this Chipotle. It was around 8pm on a Sat, there wasn't... much left to order and when we asked for fresh rice and beans, the young guy pointed to a female but she didn't do anythingabout it. We literally got the scarp for what was there. We asked this gentlemen for various items and all he would do is pointto the female there which I assume was a team leader or night manager. She didn't even bother to help us either. There were Nocondiments, attitudes from all the employees were rude and they didn't seem to care. When we went outside to eat, the femaleworker came outside to pickup the trash that was over flowing and she gave us a dirty look.
