Just moved to the area and gave this location a shot. Twice actually. Both times my order was very subpar. I ordered the same... thing both times as well. The first time my entire order was wrong and I didn't realize it until I was home. My fault on thatone for not checking. The second time my order was correct but the food was terrible. Barely any meat on the tacos and myburrito. The rice was so undercooked it was crunchy in my mouth. I thought it was bones or something so I spit out the food andnoticed it was almost raw rice. Almost 40 minutes waiting for an EAT IN order. Drive through and Uber/GrubHub/Etc order were done before ours. Drive through... employee was sitting on her knees on her phone, instead of allowing us to pay for the food (she was asled 4 times to ring us up)so it would be made. When asked if order would be ready soon, we were told yes, then made to wait another 12 minutes. Store wasextremely messy, and half the employees were rude. We ordered roasted salsa as well and weren't told until after the food wasdelivered that they were out. 40 MINUTES LATER. Read more

If I could give this location no stars I would. Pulled up to the drive-thru for an employee to tell me that their headset didn't... work and I needed to come in to order. So I pulled through and went inside, got inside walked to the counter and was told thecomputers at the counter didn't work and I needed to use the kiosk (which only 1 was in order) that employee that told me thecomputers didn't work then walked to the drive thru window and just stood there doing nothing, I think it was more or less beinglazy vs wanting to actually do work and her job. Then once I received my order, which took 45 mins to get, I got home and it waswrong. Had missing items and items that were supposed to have no tomatoes had tomatoes, didn't get extra cheese as ordered andpaid for. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Such laziness and horrible customer service going on with the 2taco Bell's not even 10 miles apart. Something needs to be done, corporate needs to get involved because this location hasfallen far from even being called mediocre. Read more

Seems like a cleanly place but I?ve never actually ate inside. It?s always taken 5+ minutes for them to prepare my food even... though I order through the app beforehand. Staff is nice though, no complaints about them. Read more

The lobby is dirty. The ice in the machines do not work, so the drinks are disgusting. I think they may be understaffed, just... like everywhere else rn. I gave them three stars for the friendly service. I wish I remembered who served us, because she wasvery sweet. Read more

No thanks. I've tried this location multiple times, giving the business the benefit of the doubt of maybe just having an off... day, or short staffed, or something. But after my lunch today, I am done trying. I was eating my quesarito when a bite feltweird. I wondered if it was just a stale tortilla or something, but I wasn't even able to chew it. I pulled out a large piece ofplastic and threw the meal away, after snapping this photo. I would complain, but I don't want to consume anything else aftereating that, and I'm sure I wouldn't get my money back. Never again. Read more

Someone from corporate really needs to look into this location. Every time you come by this location there is a line in front of... the building, and not at the window. As a former restaurant manager I under it is short staff, but at the same time I understandcooking the books and pushing people out of the window to make ticket times look good. Also the lack of care the staff andmanagement this location has. I have waited extremely long times for food in the location to dealing with rude staff membersetc.....My whole question is how long is this unethical business going to be allowed to conduct business like this and doingmore harm than good at this point for the Taco Bell name.
