I would have given 1 star, but the customer service is decent. Like a previous review stated, the staff need to be trained on... how to appropriately make the smoothies. They use water because some of the smoothies are "so thick", but I don't want mysmoothie watery. It may be faster and more convenient for you as the employee to pour but I'm tired of having it remade just tobe disappointed still. I have given all the chances I can give. It is apparent that it just won't be done right at the ExchangeBlvd. location. Love the smoothies and the customer service is just as great! I had unknowingly ordered from the store on a night they closed... early due to water damage. There was some confusion about how to cancel the GrubHub order so I was given the phone number of themanager. She was so incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience despite the fact it was beyondher control.
