This KFC should be completely re-staffed. I was practically screamed at when I questioned why I could not chnage my two sides... with my box meal when the sign stated "box meals come with my choice of ANY two sides." Seems like something they say toincrease sales but thats just my opinion. Then as I was pulling away from the speaker I heard an employee call me a b!***. WhenI confronted them I was screamed at againg and told that if "I don't like the service to leave her drive through." Seems likethe manager is on a power trip and probably should go through some sort of training for customer service. KFC should work ongetting better to work for them at the Winder location. POOR EVERYTHING. I see why there is a flyer on the window saying rotreat employees with kindness but yet they DO NOT treat customers that way. Read more
UPDATE: as I type this I?m on hold with the corp office. I have never felt so horrible for another person in my life!!! The... manager Jozika (sp?) was so mean, degrading and belittling to the poor sweet Eva that works the drive thru!! How is the womanin management if she has that kind of an attitude!? I can tell that Eva may have autism or a little special which makes thisABUSE even worse! You need anger management Jozeka! She yelled at her 3 or 4 different times, rolling her eyes and just takingher frustrations out on this poor Girl EVA as I was in the drive thru and heard & saw it all! Jozika you are a Mean woman!! KFCyou need to do something about this!! (Old review) This KFC makes the BEST chicken than any other KFC! Idk what the differenceis but the KFC in Winder is the best! Finger Lickin" (somewhat) good. Kinda sucked for the $40 we spent on a Family meal. No real flavor, Long wait at the drive... thru, ALL THAT for that POO? IMO,... It's such an overpriced name gouge, you're buying for the name alone. What a rip off.. Read more
Ordered the Spicy Mac and cheese bowl. Never again will I purchase it. It was drenched in oil, I thought the chicken was... supposed to be Spicy chicken, not 1 cup of Spicy hot oil just poured all over the Mac and cheese. Couldn't even taste the macand cheese! Purely disgusting. I don't know if it was made right or not, but I dont recommended at all. Read more
This KFC should just take the Operating Hours off the doors, because they are lies. They arbitrarily close at anytime in evening... and slap a handwritten piece of paper saying "closed" --- but leave ALL the lights on. Just Change the hours to 8pm, and if youare closed, Look Closed!! As a customer You should presume they are closed if its started getting dark. Closed Early the lastNINE(9) times I went there. Same story, lights on bright, doors locked, handwritten sign on drive thru. I recommend goingelsewhere. Waste of time. Eaten here since I was kid, extremely poorly managed now. The food was okay but the lack of customer service was really disappointing. I asked for a receipt so I could do the survey and... leave them a good review since I know that helps the restaurant. But the lady at the window and what I'm assuming is the managergot really irritated and rude with the fact that I asked for it. I know everyone is understaffed right now but still, it reallysucked. This town is small and I?m sure the businesses other than fast food are never busy. This KFC location is convenient and fast!... The menu options don?t reflect what you would see on most locations (family meals/sizes vary). Food has always been fast andtasty! Read more
