Maybe the staff during the day is different, but for me first impressions do make a difference. And unfortunately my first... impression wasn't pleasant, having already ordered our food in line, we were waiting for at least 30min for a very simple order.I understand it gets busy, but communication is key, my wife called the establishment to see a update and when we did get ourfood the young lady had a attitude. After a 40 minute wait for 2 burgers, when asking for a side of ranch they had the nerve to try to charge me for it. When you... take 40 minutes to get out a small order you should be overcompensating the customer, not trying to get more money out of them.Evette needs to be mindful of this. I only come here for breakfast be so my son goes to the school nearby. I?m never waiting longer thank 2 mins when I use the... curbside option. A lady by the name of Dorian always comes out to ask if any additional condiments are needed and she?s alwayscourteous. Love her!! Read more
Want to shout out Manager (last name ) Farkleman I believe. Didn?t catch the first name. And employee Sierra, were absolutely... amazing today. They were slammed and the manager handle every amazingly. And when a customer had waited for so long the managermade sure their food was fresh and just didn?t get delivered the food that had been sitting. And threw in extra pies I think forthe wait. We already stopped coming on a regular basis because the consistency in the food has gone down so much since they moved from the... other location in Walzem. Fries hard not full. First off I come here for lunch I work graveyard and it's get packed there's cars in the drive thru and there's alot of people... inside and on top of that the wait period is at least 55 mins Everytime there also really slow at making the food and on top ofthat they forgot my sauce and drink will not be coming back here this place is really unprofessional and the drive thru is allthe way to the street Read more

I hope they were legit out of sweet tea and not just cause they didn't want to make it. Lots of staff. All in the kitchen. Was... slow inside but all the tables were dirty. I had to tell them to clean them. Tall kid with the curly hair clearly didn't likedealing with customers. Don't know why I had to ask for ketchup but whatever. He did so I guess that counts. It took a minute toget acknowledged when I walked in. All that is whatever but the overall environment makes me want to take a further bus trip toa better location.
