I pick up Dunkin donuts all the time for business. I typically order between 4 and 6 dozen donuts. I don't think I will be... back again. I want a person to take my order. Not figure out a kiosk. I went into DD and ordered a cappuccino sweet with hazelnut. The person, (tall, slender, long ponytail, Hispanic girl), who... called out my order literally gave me hot foamed milk! Luckily, I asked if there was hazelnut and she said, "oh, you wantedhazelnut." The order person forgot to include it in my order. I would have walked out with hot milk if I did not ask. I asked aman there if he was the manager and he said yes. He was in charge of fulfilling the drive thru orders. I told him what happenedand he did not offer an apology. He was anxious to return back to fulfilling the orders. SHAME ON YOU MR. MANAGER! A customertakes priority over meeting time quota's for the drive thru. This is my local DD. I have not been here for awhile, but I use toreceive great service prior to this crew today. Where's my great crew?!!! Ordered sausage, egg and cheese croissant with coffee yesterday. Manager took order (very enthusiastically). Enroute to... appointment noticed that it was bacon vs sausage. Called and manage acknowledged it was her mistake for taking orderincorrectly. I told her no worries but I'd be in next time for a free coffee. She said ok. Came in this morning and orderedcoffee from worker and he said he had to call the boss. Parked, waited for coffee. Worker came out and gave me coffee and said,"boss said next time you need to bring your receipt". No, you need to record the mistake in your logbook since it was yourmistake.
