They messed up my order. O asked for a refund the so called manager came to the window. I explained what happen. He refused to... refund my money. Then in a smart mouth way said Corporate office. Then he slammed the drive up window and locked it then walkedaway. I set in my car so I beep my horn. Another kid came to window. I explained what happen again to him and asked for aREFUND. he told me he didn't know how to do a refund. I explained to him how to do do a refund. I told him I was going to stayright at the drive up window until the. Police makes me move. He left the window came back and then after that they gave me therefund. I said thank you and went home. They truly need to hire more employees and have food ready. Third time's a charm...finally had some one there in the drive thru... at 7 o'clock. Unfortunately, they were not prepared. A lot of there breakfast foods were not delivered or prepped. Read more
My order is always right, the service is great and employees are awesome at this location. Doesn't matter what time I show up... they are always willing to make whatever I order unlike the location by my house. Fortunately for me I work by this wonderfullocation so it's never out of my way but even if it was I would still make the drive. Read more
My relationship with this BK has been on and off. For a while the waiting time in the drive thru was more than 30min. If you... ordered ahead on the app, they wouldn't have order ready or they would tell me that they never received my order (and of courseI still had to wait in the drive thru line, lobby is usually closed).No that long ago i went by and they seem to be doing a bitbetter. Disrepair. Visited this Burger King on 9/24/2022. Ordered two whopper meals from inside the store. Food was a little slow, but... acceptable. Taste was OK, and food was warm and hot, but goes downhill from there. Service and interior was horrible. When Iordered two diet cokes with the meal, I was given the drink cups immediately, but when I went to the drink fountain area the icemachine was broken and a customer said I had to ask someone behind the counter to fill my cup with ice (why didn't they offerice when giving me the cups?). So I waited at the counter to ask for ice and several people walked right past me withoutacknowledging me at all. Finally after several minutes someone got me some ice. Walked to the tables to sit down and most ofthem were dirty (but there were only a few customers so not that busy). Floors and walls and tables were bad and I felt like Iwas in some hole in the wall dive, not a major chain restaurant. No one lifted a finger to clean anything the whole time I wasthere. See attached picture to see disrepair of walls with cracks, chipped paint, water stains, etc. Fountain area also indisrepair shown in pic. Not a very appetizing place at all. Only reason I gave two stars was because the food was OK, butcouldn't stomach all the fries sitting inside the place. Read more
