We were just driving by and caught site of a couple arguing. The woman was pushed rather forcefully, I told my fiancee and we... turned car around. WHEN YOU PUT HANDS ON A WOMAN IN PUBLIC , IT IS NOW MY BUSINESS! The male (I'm sorry he is not a man) wasextremely anger we were getting involved. The female was an employee of subway. She was trying to get us to leave, he was justtrying to get her stop, she said. It wasn't a pretty situation. Certainly not professional. However their was another employeethere who took it seriously and made sure owner was made aware. I am writing this review to thank the wonderful employees at this location! On Sunday 10/18/2020 around 4pm I was lost and my... phone had no service. I stopped at McDonald's, a bar in that area and everyone I could find shopping and no one would let me usetheir phone until I came across the fine young man at this Subway. He graciously let me use the phone, he made sure I was safeby wiping the phone down before and after I used it. He was very professional, kind, and understanding of my situation and I amvery thankful. I was in full Halloween costume and makeup and he still did not hesitate to make sure I had a phone to use. Hedeserves to be recognized and I could kick myself for not getting his name but I was very distraught at the time. He was workingat 4pm so it should be easy to figure out who he was and recognize him as a great employee. We in the service industry don't getenough good reviews so I wanted to make sure I posted this and hopefully he will see how very grateful I was. I went to the windber subway today and it was the best food I have ever eaten. I had the greatest employee make my sandwich and... he was nothing but kind. In addition he made me not only the greatest sandwich, but the greatest food I have ever eaten in mylife. This young man greeted me with a smile and treated me with nothing but respect. He said his name was Caleb. I made sure totip him very very good. This employee needs to be recognized by the staff for his great work!! Read more
There was only 1 young kid working when we got there. When we got in line about 10 more people walked in behind us. It was 8:30... pm and they were almost closed, but the young boy did great and was running around the kitchen doing 5 things at once. He wasstill very polite and the food was great.
