Dining here was a great experience for us. My boyfriend and another couple had spent the day before in DC and we're on our way... home when we decided to stop and have lunch. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the service is great. They have a greatselection of Tequilas at the bar and the bartender is absolutely amazing. I need to remember to come here everytime I pass through Virginia! One of the best Mexican places I ever been to. Food was... perfect, ambiance was perfect and I love the Margaritas and churros. I ordered through door dash and not only did they give someone else my order so I had to wait a extra hr but they gave me the... wrong food and missing items. The food is trash fajitas are literally little balls of meat and carne asada is little thinstrips. Not carne at all. Never again on another note my driver was amazing! Absolutely delicious! Significant variety of meats to choose from, not just typical steak, chicken or pork (although they do... have these traditional ingredients). Variety such as beef cheek (very tender), beef tongue, goat, blue oyster and many more.Fresh chips and salsa (which was bangin'!) Rice and beans were delicious. Excellent, friendly and attentive service! Not onlyour server checked on us, but other staff members did as well. We did not have to wait for a drink refill or a chips and salsarefill. Friendly staff and delicious food. Has a torta there which was drowned in a delicious sauce. We went during a busy time so there... was a wait for food (maybe 45 min) regardless I love the authenticity of the restaurant and the taste. Read more
