Horrible experience! 1665 S Pleasant Drive, Winchester, VA. Late night drive thru, messed up my order, I realized while eating... in the parking lot. I seen two employees at the door and walked towards them asking for help. One young man at the door who saidhe was the manager was extremely rude. He was more interested in his phone, I asked again for help, he stated again I need todrive back thru while laughing with his coworker who was smoking at the door. He instructed me to go back thru the drive thru sorudely I was put off and upset. I have never been addressed so rudely. I dropped my bag then trash as I walked back to my car.He told me to get off his property while I was getting to and in my car. As I snapped a picture of them, he said he took apicture of my tag. Which now concerns me as to his intentions towards my safety. Read more

Went thru the drive thru with no one in front of me in line. Paid for my order of 9 tacos and two drinks. Was handed the drinks... and asked to pull forward. Did it gladly and waited as I watched three car be handed the food they ordered and pull around me.At that point I parked my car and walked in to ask why I was still waiting. When the person who finally answered my call forassistance asked the guy who took my order pointed to a bag that had been placed up up a shelf and forgotten. Do better TacoBell. Read more

This taco bell used to be nice but I don't know what happened. Mistakes are constantly being made and it takes for ever to get... an order. Kitchen staff are fine just front line that is iffy. I guess you gotta be in the drive thru for good service. Read more

Having dined in the lobby, service was very quick and attentive to our needs. The lobby area was clean and organized, which is... an aspect that extends to the restrooms as well.
