Slow, didn't have my online order ready more than 15 min after scheduled pick up time, when ordered almost an hour in advance. ... I went there yesterday and there was one worker working named Eric. He asked if I had an online order and I said no. He said... it will take a few minutes because he was preparing an online order. I told him to take his time. I was standing and waitingpatiently for about 10 min. before another customer came in. Eric promptly took this gentlemen?s order and made his sandwich. Eric wouldn?t even look at me and I know he knew I was trying to get his attention. I never felt so disgusted in my life. Iknew he didn?t want to serve me. But whatever his reason was I will never come back up this establishment. I didn?t cause ascene or said anything and just left after another 5 min of trying to get his attention. Read more

Unfortunately one of the employees there isn't the best, won't listen to instructions and puts has a heavy hand with condiments... no matter what you tell him. Otherwise its a good spot. Read more

I been going to this place for years and always been happy for the customer service until today!! This guy called Caleb is the... worst employee in the Subway history!! No smile, cursing, sloooooooooooow, getting mad when I was telling him what I want in mysandwish and when I ask him something he looked at me like he don't want to answer!! First of all, I love Subway. Second, this location has been very dissatisfying. There?s been some minor things here and there.... The staff hasn?t been particularly great. A lot have been young and immature. One reviewer here said an employee basicallydidn?t say a word to them the entire time. Yeah, I remember him. It was pretty off-putting. One reviewer said they heard somenot so kid-friendly language from the employees. Yeah, I?ve heard that pretty frequently too. This kind of stuff isn?tparticularly professional, but I can get past that since this particular Subway is about 2 minutes from my house. I?ve startedusing the Subway app to save time and skip lines. But I?ve gotten to the point where unless I go to the location, and watch themmake the sub, it is almost always wrong in some way or another. The final straw was yesterday/today. Sunday, March 15th, I usedthe app to order two subs. I ordered a little bit before 8:30 in the evening. I completed the order and paid on the app. The appsaid it would be ready at 8:45. This was perfect. I got there at 8:40. When I pulled up, the sign was off, lights were out, andthe store was empty. The store wasn?t supposed to close until 9:00. I called the store and left a message and explained the Iwas in front of the store at normal operating hours, had already paid for a sub, but no one was there. I also left my number fora callback. This wasn?t great, but I thought that it would be taken care of today. Didn?t get a return call in the morning so Ithen decided to call myself in the afternoon. I called, and a lady picked up. This particular lady was very nice, but afterexplaining my situation, she didn?t quite know what to do, so she started talking to another lady who was there. I assumed thatit may have been a manager, but I?m not sure. I when and order a 6 inch tuna pleas put cheese toast it and then put the tuna she may a bad face. was so rude, I ask if they... had soup she said? you have to wait 10 minutes I said no that?s fine. This is by far the Best Subway in the Winchester Va area. Always clean. The employees are always friendly..... their food prep... area for making your order is always clean and well stocked with fresh items. We've never gotten a sub we didn't like. Theemployees acknowledge you as you enter and as you exit the restaurant. WE WILL ALWAYS GIVE THIS SUBWAY OUR BUSINESS AND WILLRECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!! Read more
