This is my local Subway, and they really need a change in management or ownership . I have been going here for a while and... yesterday was my last time. I will drive further away to tryout other Subways or just switch to a new sub shop franchise alltogether. At this location they are very stingy with the meats and any veggies that you want. As a result, you get a breadsandwich that looks nothing close to what Subway advertises. Additionally, you get an attitude from the folks behind thecounter when you ask for more veggies as if you are trying to steal from them. Read more
I went to Market Street Subway for the first time and when I walked in, I wasn't greeted nicely. I told the girl that I had a... online order, she says I don't have one. I shows her my conformation email, she then with gloves on calls her boss, she goes inthe back, we wait. She finally comes out and hangs up with boss(same gloves) .I asked her to check again,and there it was. Shemakes them(same gloves)I leave.. I get home to find that on my cold cut I ONLY had bologna and salami. I called and told her shetells me that she put three meats, I said you didn't and I can send you a picture. She tells me she's been there for a year, Isaid I know this isn't a cold cut.. She hangs up on me and when I call back she doesn't answer. I will be calling her bosstomorrow! Subway is one of my favorite "fast" food restaurants to go to, unfortunately I've noticed a decline at this particular facility.... The food itself that is displayed is not visibly appealing, from wilted greens (lettuce, spinach) to tomatoes having 3 to 4slices in a deep dish pan, that has clearly been out all day that they still will pick through. Most of the products are neveractually filled, that is understandable given the volume of the store, but, with that being said low volume pans can make theproducts look nasty, given they will use the gloves from other foods and place their hands into different pans, leaving debrisand making it unappetizing. The facility itself is not very busy given each time I've been there, there has only been a max of 2people working with maybe a handful of customers. I personally feel if the business is not that busy, then there should be noreason to have food not be visibly appealing. The prior visit I had a female on her phone talking through her air pods whilemaking my order, laughing and holding a full conversation on the phone while only looking at me for confirmation to eithercontinue or move down the line, no words were spoke other then the thank you at the end, another reason for my review. The value for what you pay at this location is horrendous! He said it was double meat, which we didn't ask for. Sounds... suspicious! Took pictures of what I paid $12 for, a wrap!!! Literally spent $36 for 2 wraps and a kids sandwich with 2drinks. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean. Read more
The employee (female) was incredibly rude!!! When I asked her if they had any more lettuce ( lettuce in the bin was wilted) she... seemed even more bothered. She dumped the fresh lettuce right on top of the wilted lettuce!!!! ???? Read more
Just left here. Horrible customer service. The woman had an earphone in listening to music and messed up my sub then she had... attitude when I corrected her. I ordered fresh mozzarella and was upcharged for it but she literally took a single slice andcut it up into several pieces to put on my sub.. We will never come here again. I'd recommend going elsewhere. Read more
I just watched the girl behind the counter alone make sandwiches and ring people up without ever changing her gloves. 4... different people on line. She makes their sandwiches and rings them up. Horrible customer service. All the vegetables are old and rotten basically. Staff doesn?t understand you. They ration the meat... portions like it?s coming out their own paycheck. 25 bucks for two subs?. Just go to Chick-fil-A it?s right across the streetit?s definitely worth the line.
