Every time I order a drink from here it never tastes good. The latte is either burnt or there are flavors missing. ????????
I ordered a drink on the mobile app and I came in to pick up the order about 6:30 pm on Thursday 11.17.22. As I was leaving I... tripped on what I think was the mat by their door. I fell hard against the door, hit my left hand which is bruised and my nosehit the edge of the door which caused a cut and was bleeding. Coffee all over me and the door etc. I was stunned because It wasunexpected and I could not stop the fall. Anyway, the only person that asked if I was ok was the young man making the drinks. Hekept asking me if I was OK and I was, but I was trying to get my composer since It surprised me and trying to settle down. Plusit is embarrassing whenever one does something like that. Eventually a young woman, blond with a pony tail came to clean up thecoffee mess, I believe she was the manager per the young man who waited on me. She Never acknowledged me. Never asked if I wasOK, did not suggest to sit down and make sure I was fine. Did not even offer a free drink which would have been nice, or even doan incident report. I did not make a scene about anything, but it would have been nice if she would have given me a free drinkat least !!! Or acted like she was concerned, this did happen in their store!!!! First of all, the staff here is very kind and professional. My issue is their espresso is extremely watered down. 4 long shots... of espresso shouldn?t look milky tan in color. To their credit, they remade the drink for me. However, the result was thesame. Clearly their machines need some attention. Read more
