Awesome food, welcoming, happy service, clean restaurant. And new drink machines Ice never seen before! I had the tofu veggie... bowl, it was sooooo yummy. Do not eat here. There was only 1 employee working and simply did not care about their job. Also do not get the steak. I usually... love spicy foods but this was over the top. My mouth was burning for an hour. Read more

I went to this specific Moe?s two times and those two times I went were horrible. The first time I went, I went with my mother... and my little brother. I ordered my food and literally everything was burnt. The rice, the white chicken, the peppers, themushrooms, the onions, etc. I went back to tell the cashier and they said, ?If you don?t like it then get out.? And I did justthat. Left my food and all. The second time I went, which was tonight, no one had acknowledged that I had even entered. Mindyou, I was the only customer in there and there were two workers. The vibe in there was really awkward but I still orderedanyway. As I was about to order, the guy literally looked at me and walked away. Then he came back and was putting on gloves andthen walked away again. At this point I?m about to just leave. Finally, he came back and said, ?Yeah, what do you want?? Ibrushed off what he said and asked for a bowl with brown rice. He sloppily flung the rice into the bowl and said, ?Anythingelse?? I said, ?Yeah, give me a second.? And proceeded to look at the other toppings. Everything was blackened and/or soggy andthe beans looked like they were sitting there all day. I then asked for black and brown beans. Again, he sloppily scoops themand put them in my bowl. At this point I?m just annoyed. He acted like this was a hassle for him and he didn?t even want to doit. I then asked for chicken and he gave me 3 pieces out of the 48 thousand that were in the container. And again, he said,?Anything else?? I was so annoyed at this point I just said, ?No thank you, I?m just gonna leave.? And I did just that. I?m notabout the Karen life but this is not good customer service. Since we had only purchased once before online a special pre-made meal, we were not quite sure how it exactly worked walking in.... The staff was very kind to walk us step by step explain all the options. The portions were very generous, even to save some forthe follow lunch. Flavourful, the quality seemed very good. I will be returning and praising to others about my experience.We'll done. My only negative is I think the salsa bar mixed up a mild and a hot sauce. Simple mistake. Read more

Love the Sunday Kids Eat Free Deal. Sometimes customer service can be hit or miss at this location but today was a hit. All... the guys that were working prepared our food quickly and had a pleasant attitude . I even forgot to order a side of queso andJack was super nice about it and quickly got me my side. Horrible experience! Tonight was supposed to be a spirit night for the school and have proceeds go towards the charity which we... were looking forward to, however, this was the worst customer service experience we've had. The line when we got there was notthat long, maybe 4 or 5 people in front of us, and it took over 45 mins in line just to get our order, food made and theneventually paid for. No one there appeared as though they wanted to be there. The person that started our order, eventuallytook off his apron and left. The lady that was helping make the orders finished our order and the person at the cashier left togo to the back before our order made it to him, leaving only the lady that helped finish our order, by herself. The line waswrapping around to the entrance and she couldn't make any more orders because the line was being held up because no one wasringing out the orders. Eventually the original person who took our order came back and rang us out. We did not get everythingwe were supposed to as the menu states for kids meals, they should get a cookie which we did not receive. We mentioned thecharity at the register and the guy looked at my wife like he had no idea what she was talking about (which is what we weresupposed to do - and they were supposed to know). When we got home, which is not far from the restaurant, the food was cold andthe chips were stale. No surprise since the food had been sitting out waiting for us to pay. We asked where the generalmanager was and no one seemed to care and effectively ignored our request. Based on this experience, we will not be returning. I personally would not recommend this place but I know everyone's experiences vary. Read more

Beautiful Moes franchise. Clean, open interior and plenty of space inside. During COVID the salsa bar has been cleverly modified... to use little containers and you gotta love the free chips. Wish they weren?t out of Guac. Read more

The food was good, the staff was very friendly and super helpful. I prefer Chipotle for the food but the queso here is very good... and you get free chips, big plus! The inside is very roomy, lots of space to sit, they have outside seating for warmer days. Thebathroom was clean and they had a changing table in there which is awesome. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Kids eatfree on Sunday. Read more
