Absolutely horrible, I went to get my sons lunch, one of which was sick. After I ordered I looked at the screen and everything... was correct. When I got to second window and received my order. I noticed I was missing a large fry. I told the gentlemen atthe window. I heard a woman yelling in the background to check my receipt. When I looked at the receipt the large fry that wasunder the 10 Piece nugget on the screen was not there. I tried to explain that to the gentlemen. He told me I would have toget back in line. Are you kidding me? While the rest of food got cold. I would have been more than willing to pay for itbecause mistakes happen. However, he repeated himself and said again I would have to get back in line. Which was not an optionbecause my son was sick. When I got home I found another mistake. I had ordered the double cheeseburger meal which was correcton the screen as well, but they put 2 cheeseburgers instead. Worst experience. The lack of customer service.. Read more
Slowest drive through ever, I thoguht 3 stars was fine cuz it?s a McDonald?s, it was sooooo slow with minimal cars
Countless times giving me the wrong sizes, or items. The food seems to be put together rushed. Way too much mayo on sandwiches.... My frappes and drinks are never filled up. They charged me for the wrong items, and would not refund. I don?t know how theowners keep certain employees. Read more
This is my favorite McDonald's located in Winchester, always fresh and hot food in a timely manner. I don't understand all of... the negative reviews when I've only ever had trouble once and it was resolved relatively quickly. Read more
Sign on door said come in and I chose to go in as drive thru terribly backed up. Tried door and it was locked. Had no choice but... to go to drive thru. All I needed was 2 medium fries. Took forever to get them. Time I got home they were not hot. I only live 1mile from restaurant. No excuse... Read more
0 stars if I could! How do you mess up a Coke! It tasted horrible, burnt hashbrown and the worst bacon egg cheese bagel I've... ever had. I took one bite and threw away. Edit: When again on 13FEB21, I still stand by 1 star. I ordered chicken nuggets ,fries and a hamburger. Everything was cold and tasted blah. Edit 2: 31 AUG21 Good service piss poor food! I came home and threwaway the fries they were that bad! The worst part is I had to wait on fries, and was really hoping I was going to get freshones. Burger was ok. This is the last time I will visit this McDonalds. I really hope the owner sees this your place sucks. Read more
