I use to love to eat at Las Trancas. Me and me husband went every week. On our last visit here the service was awful. Our server... was extremely rude ( it takes me alot to call a server out for bad service because I'm a Bartender and I understand how hard andbusy it can be) but the server we had clearly hated her job and did not want to be there. On another note. My husband orderedthe Carnitas and I ordered the same thing I get every time. The seafood enchiladas. My husband's Carnitas were delicious asalways, but after one bit of my enchiladas I could tell the seafood was spoiled. It happens so I wasn't even that upset. Whatdid make this experience horrible was when I let my server know my food was bad she rolled her eyes huffed at me and acted likeit was the biggest inconvenience for her to take that meal off my check. I will not be back after this experience unless thereis magically all new wait staff that actually care about their jobs and customer service. Even after all of that I did still tipour server 30% of the bill as being a Bartender myself it feels too disrespectful to tip less. Read more

I went there today? sits were dirty, table sticky, flies, the waiter was not attentive at all almost threw the receipt at my... table, waiter did not even say Bye Thanks nothing !!he was mute. Cups not clean. Waiter was hispanic and I am hispanic too bythe way. Food was just average, nothing impressive. I was polite, I did say thanks many times and did leave a tip but not goingback. Thank goodness the waitress was nice that's the only thing that saved this review. Food was bland for a mexican resturant. Their... bus boy (man) or manager in the red shirt just stood there for the majority of our meal looking at us and the other full table.It was so awkward! My daughter even felt uneasy. No one wants to be looked at while eating. When the table next to use did leavehe wiped it after someone else cleared with a white towel no spray. Which now I'm questioning how clean the place is. Wow our food was bad way to much seasoning. Over cooked rubber chicken. Nothing was authentic about what they serve there. ... ((( THE RESTROOMS HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED IN WEEKS))) pee stains everywhere and the toilet where trashed. Remember always judge arestaurant by how well they keep the restroom clean. Read more

The food here is good, but recently the service has been awful. The host/hostesses slap the menus on the table and walk off... without saying anything. On our most recent visit, we sat at our table for almost 15 minutes before our server came and almost45 minutes had passed before we even ordered our food.
