Good, friendly service. Only issue is the chips (this is the second time our chips were over-fried or contained small blackened... pieces of fried tortilla chips in our bag.) Otherwise, everything else was great as usual. Read more

Terrible management. Place was a complete disarray. There was water all over the place napkins on the floor. No utensils. Poor... serving and very bad portions. They did not refill the protein (steak) and tried to make do with the scraps even after askingfor double meat. Was billed incorrectly inspite of correcting them. Overall very bad experience. This is honestly one of the worst chipotle restaurants I have ever been too. The meat is always terribly cooked, fatty, and... unseasoned. The bowls are sloppy. My chips were burnt and tasted like burnt chemicals. Guac was stringy and extremely bitter. Itwas barely edible, and I didn?t finish it. Don?t go here. Just skip it over and go somewhere. The quality of this location has gone down hill. Over the past year or so we have had nothing but issues with online pickups and... deliveries. I have had to go up to the location on several occasions after having our meal delivered to get my order corrected.There have been a few times where my girlfriend who has celiac and cannot eat gluten, was given flour tortillas instead of corn.Again, causing us to have to drive to the locations after it was... Delivered, which is the whole point is to not have to driveto the location. Today I think was the last straw as I ordered a burrito with extra meat and rice, and this is smallest burritoI have ever received from Chipotle.. after WAY too many issues, I am done ordering from this Chipotle.. recomm nd not orderingsomething unless you are there in person to ensure it's correct... I don't like leaving 1 star reviews, I'd rather point out the positive and call out good work by employees! But in my last 2... visits here, there are ongoing problems: 1. Dirty restaurant and drink station, there's lots of trash and food on the floor 2.Delayed when ordered in advance (40 minutes after pickup time in the first visit, 10 minutes after in the second) 3. Missingitems and inaccurate orders (during visit 1 they didn't put my chips or queso in the bag and didn't have any lemonade available,and visit 2 they were out of lemonade again and 3 soft drink flavors) 4. Poor quality and bad portions (stale chips, flat soda,poor temperature for the food, tiny amounts of salsa and fajita vegetables on the food, very few chips in a small handful) 5.Missing napkins, straws and drink lids (they have straws that don't fit the cups, and didn't have drink cups or lids for the32oz drink I ordered) 6. Understaffed (one person working the line during the dinner rush) 7. Poor management (manager makesherself scarce and only shows up when there is a big slowdown to bark at employees, she comes across as unfriendly andunhelpful) I'd recommend steering clear, because it's a massive hassle to get a refund or help for your order in the app. Thislocation needs new management. The service in this location has continued to suffer and suffer. Now to the point of lying about orders. Don?t tell me I was not... charged and my order didn?t go through when I can log on to my bank account and show you! Then tell me the only way to get myfood was to stand in line and pay for it? I already did! So after repeatedly being told my order didn?t go through I called thecustomer service and explained. The young lady was awesome and pointed out that they must have locally deleted it because shecan see it in the system and can see I was charged! It used to be great but now the serving sizes are lacking. They skimp on portions at this location. I order from this location... frequently with coworkers and put in big orders for burrito bowls. Often all the orders are so small they wouldn't even fill aburrito. not worth the large amount I pay for a big order. Read more
