Went there with my daughter and husband this afternoon. Hands down worst experience. After waiting almost 10 minutes (in a dead... store) for service, the girl, who seemed to be first day on the job, took nearly 20 minutes to make 1 kiddie cone, a caramelblast (that tasted like peanut butter) and a milk shake. She ended up remaking mine and my husbands twice just for my husband tothrow his away as soon as we walked out because his was nothing but milk with snickers chunks. She had to stop and ask someonefor help who didnt help her. Dont get me wrong I sympathize with the girl if she wasnt properly trained bur if thats the case,she shouldnt be left to work alone business being slow or not. We wont be back. Read more
So we stood at the counter waiting for someone to show up, after 5-6 minutes we finally waved down a guy in the back office who... wasn?t working but BS-ing with another worker. He rolled his eyes at me and kept an angry stare at us for asking for differentsamples. This guy was in his 30-40?s and apparently doesn?t want to work. He washed his hands for literally 7 seconds, which isunhealthy and risky, and then kept huffing and puffing when my son was trying to decide what flavor he wanted. He also made usring up at Dunkin? Donuts and then walked off. The young gentleman named Ivan, at Dunkin? Donuts was very PROFESSIONAL ANDKNOWLEDGEABLE! This guy at Baskin robins/ gas station counter should take some lessons from him. Learn how to actually workwhen at work, instead of getting mad that your conversation got interrupted. Read more
