Took a while to have order taken while inside and we?re out of napkins and most condiments, most consequentially Arby Sauce.... Bathroom definitely could have been cleaner. Will commend that dining room was spacious and temperate although thermostat couldgo up degree or two. There also appeared to be an employee dispute/counseling session occurring in the dining room thatdistracted from our meal. Bottom line, would visit again but may opt for the drive thru. Read more

Went to the drive-through this evening, Patricia was EXTREMELY professional!!! My Bf can come off as jerk, they were out of a... certain Wrap that he wanted. She handled the service with kindness and professionalism and she apologized! ( my BF apologizedbtw) I was very impressed with how she handled it and still made sure our order had everything. I waited in drive thru for 48 minutes then another 30 minutes at the window for my order when I got back to my patient the... cringe fries was mix with old curly fries and the cringe fries were old. The Steakhouse burgers were tough and the buns were sotough that you couldn't even tear them apart. Read more
