We order from this location quite often (Senseny Rd). This particular late night order, our large Greek salad was not delivered... (it happens, no problem). Less than two days later while making a lunch order we mentioned the salad being missing from beforeand requested it to be added to this new order. After unexpectedly being transferred to the manager, we received instant rudeand condescending backlash from the manager herself, zero customer service or people skills in general. I just wanted to betransferred back to the young lady taking my order, I was willing to take the salad as a loss and still place my lunch order butwhen the manager continued her rude and off putting comments, I hung up. Everyone has a bad day but this experience wasabsolutely tasteless? in so many ways. Lol! Read more
Honestly how high do you have to be to read double meat double cheese, make it a 14$ sub....and put zero cheese on it.

One of the greatest pizza places I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. The interior of the building is not necessarily... grandiose, but it is nice and provides a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. I regularly order a large cheese pizza throughdelivery and through dine-in. The food is top tier and outclasses every corporate chain in Winchester. They also have a deal forlarge pizzas on Tuesday, with price going from 12 to 6 dollars! (50% discount!) I would absolutely recommend this place, as Ihave eaten there for 10 years now and never had a bad time or pizza! Read more
This place had excellent service for dine-in. The also deliver and the drivers were constantly on the move while we were there.... The pizza was excellent and the steak and cheese was top notch. It had two kinds of peppers,mushrooms, onions, steak, and ofcourse cheese. They did not skimp out on quality. The whole restaurant was clean and pleasant. The only complaint was the strongsmell of cigarette smoke in the place. Other than that really enjoyable. Read more
