Terrible wraps, egg was dark green/ grey and smelled rotten. This is unacceptable and I?m outraged. I?m in disgust.
Ordered 2 bagels and an extra large French vanilla. We got a large at the window and immediately spoke up as it could have been... accidental but he proceeded to go get a ?extra large cup? to compare and said it was an extra large. It wasn?t the bottom of thecup literally says ?L?. Luckily after we went into the Tims building and complained we got the right size but my issue is thelying at the window. The way they speak to the customers is like they are miserable. You say thank you and get nothing in return. I am allergic to... mayo and almost every time I ask for no mayo it is still on there even if it says no mayo on the screen. Then after you tellthem they made a mistake they are not nice about it. They also over cook most of their food or just slap it on the sandwich. Read more
found a literal pube in my chipotle sauce. not to mention i worked here for a few months, do not recommend for students. 8 hour... shifts after school, non negotiable. under paid and they put as little staff they can to save money. Read more
After attending an event in Winchester my group of 8 went into the Tim Horton's ten minutes before closing and we received the... best service I have ever had from a Tim Horton's. Evan and Karlie who served us were amazing, funny and more than accommodating.Based on the service received, I would highly recommend this Tim Horton's in Winchester, on highway 43. Read more
Went through the drive thru at the Tim Hortons in Winchester, Ontario and ordered a half dozen muffins - 5 raisin bran and 1... fruit explosion. When we checked the box on our way home, we had every other muffin they sold in the box, except what weordered. I had to turn around and go into the store to get my order corrected. Not impressed. Good thing I went next door toA&W for my coffee, cause I can't imagine what I would have received at Tim Hortons. Read more
This place nailed my London Fog!!! For real!!! I asked for an extra shot of Vanilla, 1 sugar, and extra milk too cool it down... (had dental surgery this week) the crew here are 'Slayin it'. Thank you! Plus this was tonight's view from the drivethrough....damn!!! Every other location I've gone to, for the past year in Ottawa, has not! True story! They either forget theshot of Vanilla, do not add my 1 sugar, last night, I had a tea bag and the milk only. Also, before they added it to the menu,have out right, denied me the option, even when I offered to walk the steps. Read more
If I could give lower then 1 star I would. Bunch of lazy people. Always go back after a while to give a chance, always the same.... Don't know what customer service is.. these people truly deserve the minimum wage they work for, deserve lower. Read more
