No stars should be given I used too work here and was fired with no reason and after I worked a triple shift and worked while I... was having miscarriage now they have a worker who have Covid working and they failed their Inspection. They never clean anythingjust rinse and done and the managers need too be fired and new ones need too come in. Read more

Give 0 stars if I could. Very rude customer service. Especially the 2 ladies from tonight. I waited 30 minutes on an order for... them to tell me they didn't have the ticket. I used to come here 3-4 times a week, & after today?? Never again. The ?staff? is rude & is ready to ?clock out & handle... business outside? if you even have the slightest attitude about an online order that was made incorrectly & N O T from usererror, but from electronic error for certain items being out of stock & replaced by what the system thought would be best. Oneof the items being something I am ALLERGIC TO! Was refused a remake of my sandwich. & it took 45 min for the manager to come tothe store to even provide me a refund AFTER police had came on scene. Customer service does not exist here. It was a simple?remake of a sandwich? & I?ll be on my way. The BBB will be contacted as well as corporate. Read more

Called to order over the phone because the website wouldn't take my coupon. Female asks the phone and rudely refuses to take my... order stating she doesn't have time. We order from there weekly from work. We will never again. Subway just lost 3 customers andwhen we get done telling everyone in this office which is about 250 people they will be losing more.
