Food was great, hot and fresh but our waitress didn't check on us but once. Had to ask another waitress to find our waitress to... order dessert. Only reason I say anything is there was only a few other people there as this was in middle of afternoon. Read more

When my son and I first walked in we just stood there for over eight minutes before somebody even acknowledged we existed and he... had to come out from the kitchen because the waitresses just basically looked at us and kept walking. My son ordered astrawberry shake which tasted basically like vanilla ice cream with grenadine on it. It doesn?t look anything like the pictureit says it?s hand scooped it tasted more like milk and yes I know the difference I?ve been in food, beverage and hospitality forover 30 years. And the food was basically mediocre I ordered a side salad and I had asked if I needed to get it from the saladbar I was told no as I waited for it to come out I was basically told right before my food came out that I could get up and getit from an empty salad bar. There was no Romain lettuce and very wet spinach nothing was labeled another guest had to ask mewhat the dressings were. I can understand if it was busy but there was only six tables in there with four already eating beforewe sat down and three waitresses. It was a very sad experience I feel sorry for that location. Staffing was a challenge, as you could tell by looking around. Amanda was the waitress for our softball team and parents. Our... food took a while, but was good and hot. Amanda was honestly amazing and did such a fantastic job of serving us so well andwith a smile. It was evident that she was the glue holding it all together.
