I will not come back. They are more expensive than the Temecula location. Their portions are smaller. The food station was not... cleaned up as the employee served. They don?t have enough business for the serving sizes to be so small. I?m hoping my familyand I make it through the night without getting sick. Also, the ?drive thru? is for mobile order pickup only. Horrible. Literally 4 pieces of steak in my bowl. Burrito fit in the palm of my hand. $60 dollars for a sliver chicken and beef.... Don?t need this type of establishment ripping off people like this in French Valley. Avoid this place. Read more
I realize this is a new location so I?m giving them the benefit of the doubt but I?ve been there 3 times since opening and they... never have chips available. Also, portion size is not consistent. I ordered in restaurant and got normal serving size, but whenI ordered drive-thru pick up via the app the entire bowl size was less than half of the normal portion size. Read more
Waited over 30 minutes after my promised time for an online order. When I pulled up they told me 5-10 minutes, which I didn't... mind. 30 minutes is ridiculous. Food was clearly just sitting there because it was all cold. Barley any meant in my quesdilla.Really disappointed. Read more

I know they literally just opened yesterday but these are my opinions. I'm totally not one to complain, however, there are a few... things I'd like to point out. When I think about going to chipotle, I always look forward to the oversalted chips, and AMAZINGguac! Today was my first time going to the French Valley location. It seems like the serving portions got smaller as well. Mychips were stale, and the guac was pretty bland. This was by far the worst experience I had at chipotle and I eat it a lot. The lady who greeted me today was nice at first. Then... she started rushing and giving me small portions. Then kept rushing me. I get doing both the bowls at once but please don'trush. Especially when theirs no one in line and more than half of the items are running low. She mixed up my order. I had onechicken and one steak. They were labled incorrectly. One had corn and my mother got the wrong one and she can't eat it. Takeyour time. I understand when it's busy but I was the only one in line. Also, the chips were SALTY!! Too much talk. I think theyneed to taste it before they display them. Overall I won't be coming back. And I was happy because it was near my house. I'drather waste the gas to go to a different one. Read more
