Where to start? We asked for no salt on fries and not only did the fries have salt but they were not freshly cooked they were... old fries. The menu prices on the display board were not up to date, one of the drink cups was broken, the Sandwiches werepossibly reheated because they were not made as ordered. ???? if you want a good Carls Jnr Experience go to the Scott Rdlocation it is exactly how Carls Jnr should be! Warning - Long Drive-Thru experience. I don't know what was happening inside, but it took me 34 minutes to go through the drive... thru. The vehicle line began at the actual entrance to the drive through, so I would estimate 7 cars in front of me. Unbelievable ! No apologies or explanation from staff either. 8PM on 4/27/18 Female Drive-Through attendant repeated no onions and pictured is what "no onions" looks like. Also asked for... ketchup and Ranch and was seemingly ignored as there was NONE in the bag. I had to ask the male wandering around thedrive-through window for them. Read more
Fast service! For 3 #4 box meals. Open my box... Food was just warm... like they had it pre boxed! They probably popped it in... the Microwave and warmed it up????. Restroom was ????????. ???? Got to catch our BOYZ IN BLUE vs ????????sf!lol. Read more
This place was managed by Guadalupe around 10:30-11:20 i waited for a all star meal #4... Not only was the drive thru super slow... i went inside and they freaking made 2 all star meal #4 and gave it to drive thru... Now ive been here for more than 35 min...So another ten min pass by and Guadalupe finally decided to actually do her job and just to shut me up from complaining she hadthat all star meal ready within 2 min.... Like seriously i know handle drive thru first but dont take my order down and thenmake 2 of them right in front of my face and then give it to drive thru people that showed up 20min after i did!!!! Fire ordemote Guadalupe from her position replace her with someone better... She was treating me with silence no professionalism atall.... Messed up our order and charged us for an extra item. Dine in, but we had to go up to the counter because both burgers were made... incorrectly (not even remotely close to what they were supposed to be). It's 1:30pm and there's nobody inside or in the drivethru, probably because they know this location is trash ???? Read more
