First time trying the flatbread spinach and pepperoni pizza it was a big hit at work! Delicious! Love the medium pizza deal. I... ordered online for curbside pickup, accidentally didn?t choose a time so the website said they started prep. I calledimmediately and they were able to put the time on the order. When I went to pick up I didn?t see any curbside parking area but Iparked in the regular lot. The phone tracked me automatically so I got an instant text that the timer has started for them tocome out to my car. I got a call from dominos saying they had to remake the pizza which I was fine with, so the timer past 2mins and I earned a free pizza! I am so impressed by this Domino's location. I hate complaining about food, but I had a problem with the pizza I ordered, so I... decided to call and see if I could have it remade. The employee who answered the phone was so incredibly nice, efficient, andhelpful. She acknowledged my issue and immediately offered to not only remake my pizza but to have it delivered to my house in atimely manner, which she didn't need to do since my order had been a curbside pick-up. The pizza arrived very quickly and thedriver who delivered it was so nice, polite, and professional. I didn't catch either of their names, but I am so incrediblygrateful to both of them for their pleasant and efficient way of conducting business. Placed order on the app at 9:56 pm and got a email confirmation, the tracker said it was in the prep stage and would be ready in... 13 minutes. I was on the way to the store and got an email saying my order was canceled. I got to the store and saw all thelights on, counter had sauce and dough out, but no employees in sight. The sign says they're open until midnight and no one evencalled me to say why they canceled it. That is terrible service! Read more
