Okay, place. I arrived 30 min after I placed an online order, and my order was not ready. There was only one person making... sandwiches for both in person and online orders. There was plenty of parking but didn't feel very safe, to be honest. Definitely not a place no visit after sundown. Also the place has 2 bathrooms but none of them work. Read more

I don't know if this Subway has changed locations slightly; the one I went to was facing Andrews Avenue. Anyway, let me say... right off the bat that it is an extreme shame that the Subway chain is not aware of just how bad they look when their U.S.restaurants are compared to their international ones. I have been to Subways in various countries, and the staff are alwayspolite. Then I come back to my own country and see how rude they are. Not only that, but after going to three separate Subways,I can see that their employees here in the USA think that it is normal to be rude. What Subway needs to understand is that, whenpeople from foreign countries come to their restaurants here, they see the kind of service that gives the USA a bad name. Itgives them a very negative impression of our country. Not only this, but I have seen further evidence that Subway does not careabout its customers. When you call the corporate office to complain, they tell you that they don't take complaints but, rather, they bounce you back to the original restaurant. So, in an effort to give my input to this particular Subway, where I receivedmy original bad service after I returned to the USA, I was met with a manager who seemed more than a little unconcerned withwhat I had to tell her. She flippantly dismissed what I was trying to communicate by saying things such as "that employeedoesn't work here anymore", and not taking the effort to see that I was talking about the whole negative Subway experience ofwhich this restaurant is certainly a part. When I had previously asked this particular Subway if they had a sandwich (in mycase, I asked about the breakfast sandwich), they were dismissive in an abrupt and unconcerned way, as if their customers arenot important at all. The man I spoke with gave off the vibe that he just really didn't want to be there in the first place. Andby the way, I have gotten negative vibes from all the Subways I went to since I returned, to the point where I h Read more
