I recently placed an order online. Normally they have it ready but, it wasn?t. The lady kept speaking Spanish to the other... workers, but didn?t tell me my order was behind and none of the other workers ever acknowledged I was there and waiting. When Iasked about my order she?s like ?Yeah, yeah,? but didn?t apologize or anything.The store was practically empty so there?s noreason my order shouldn?t have been ready. The absolute worst location!!!! They?re rude, nasty attitude like they hate their job. Ignores you. Mobile order is never ready... on time. 20 minutes beyond the time and they say it?s still in the oven. They?re supposed to use the portal and rarely do. Iwish there was another location nearby, I would go. This place needs a real manager who can see the problems and make this abetter location for the chain. Read more
Usually the pizzas are not hot and ready. If after you order you asked for parmesan cheese or red peppers they tell you you have... to pay $2 extra. They were very Stern about then we're going to give me any parmesan cheese or red peppers like I was trying torob the place. I give this place one star for rules regulations and service. How was I supposed to know you have to order thered peppers and parmesan cheese first? Can't you just add that to the next person's order? Read more
The store cannot retain staff. There was 1 employee working on a Friday night and she was new and conveniently was on her phone... .There is always an hour wait for a pizza. WHAT HAPPEN TO HAVING THE PIZZA HOT AND READY!!!! Read more
This is by the worse store in the history of Little Ceasars.... They don't answer the phone, you're order is never ready,no... matter how far in advance you place it. The employees have a mega attitude, they don't wear gloves at all, the guy boxing thepizza yesterday was touching his face and nose and still continue packing the orders. I felt bad for the homeless guys I wasbringing the pizza to. Last time I go in there. They need to shut it down. Read more
In a time when restaurants are very short on employees I understand when it takes longer to fulfill orders because you are... understaffed on a Friday night. However, I place my order online and then waited for over 30 minutes while the app continue tosay that the order was in the oven. Each time I went inside there was no one at the front counter and there was only someone inthe back making pizzas. Finally I saw an employee walk in from outside and so I went in and inquired about my pizza. Sheinformed me that the store was out of thin crust and that I could either wait for the truck or cancel my order. So I canceled myorder and will not be back to this location ever again. Read more
I wish I could rate zero. Got the wrong order, no one answers the phone, can't issue a refund because I have to do it through an... app I don't have. What a joke of a business!
