What a terrible experience. We order takeout and two of the items are missing and one of the few items they remembered to... include is wrong. I had to race back to see if I could catch them and get my son's dinner meaning my family couldn't even eattogether. Worse yet, they decide to close an hour early for no apparent reason, so I get there and the place is closed. Can'tfix a massively incorrect order if no one is there. Quality has gone down hill, staff has gone downhill, prices have skyrocketed. $25 small pizza non-dairy (I have an allergy)... mozzarella Wilton Special?.fake cheese not melted, pepperoni and meatballs missing, what did I pay for!?!? My wife used to lovethis place?she hopes amazing Matt is able to sell his ownership interests before the staff here completely kill it! We feel badfor him - great guy. We had our first meal as ?Wiltonians? in 2018. Pizza = amazing. Other entrees were great! Just ordered two days ago? let me say... service okay for take out. Our order was simple. But the ?pepperoni? pizza was lacking PEPPERONI! All of the pizzas lackedpepperoni and sauce. The mozzarella sticks - we?ll go somewhere else! THE WORST EVER! Find another place. I don?t know what?s up with the negative reviews, but I ordered on UberEats. The order took longer than expected but the guys... made it right and sent extra garlic knots. I just called to confirm my second UberEats order and they were super friendly overthe phone just like the first time. The food tasted great the first time and I look forward to the second taste test, butoverall my experience has been great with excellent customer service. Read more
We've ordered several times with varying quality of pizza showing up (undercooked and cold at times). The last time we ordered... they told me 40-50 min and at an hour and a half I called to see what happened. The pizza arrived while I was on the phone withthem and when I told them it arrived but was cold they hung up on me. I called back and a different person apologized for thatand told me he would contact the owner about a partial refund, but never called. Read more
Food is fine. But they were super rude to me on the phone. They asked me what my area code was, and when I responded with my... mailing code, (because the 203 area code is huge and it intuitively doesn?t make sense they?d deliver outside of it), theyloudly laughed at me and said ?I?ll let you think about that one again? in an obnoxious tone. $28.50 for a sausage and green pepper large pizza. + Tax + 4% adder for using a Credit Card. I live in Wilton and have been... frequenting using you for 30+ years but not in the last couple months. No more!!!! You lost me as a customer. Letizia's is justa 4 minute longer drive for me for a better pizza and they only charge $21 for the same pie and no Credit card charge.
