Really 3.5. It is one of the better tasting pizzas around - although it is not saying much! The Norwalk area pizza is a very... far cry form the New Haven area! In New Haven, you get very good to great pizza in any direction. In the Norwalk area, youhave to spend, search and keep searching to find even ONE that is decent! This place is a decent one, but they really need tochange their name because it is extremely confusing and I forget it very often. I have to guess what it is in the searchengine and hope that it corrects itself. I don't even understand the name. Read more
I work about 2 miles from Toozy Patza and order at least once a week! The food is ALWAYS fresh, not once have I ever been... displeased, and they have the friendliest delivery driver I've ever encountered! Read more

DO NOT EAT here if you want quality food or service. We had to get our own silverware, cheese, napkins, pepper - after waiting... for 10+ min. Asked for pizza well done, sent it back, then it ended up coming out worse than it did before. Management treatstheir employees poorly. We love Toozy Patza. My husband and I have been ordering from Toozy for our family for a few years now and think the food is... delicious. The general manager is so kind, as are all of the employees. Our orders are always prepared with care and are readyfor pickup at the exact time we request. We are lucky to live within walking distance to this restaurant; however, even if wehad to drive a ways to get there - we would. We will keep ordering almost weekly from this establishment as it has become our"go - to." Read more
