January '22 UPDATE: Still the best pizza in CT, but have now added fresh-baked bread and fresh mozzarella - especially good when... still warm! It is the best tasting mozzarella and bread east of the Bronx! Best pizza in Connecticut - no reason to go to NewHaven for over-rated pizza! I was lucky to have their pizza at The Hickories Farm in Ridgefield in May 2018 from their portablewood-burning oven and it was very good. Nice flavors with nice char on the crust. I am looking forward to trying Tim's pizzawhen the restaurant is officially opened. UPDATE**** I was invited to the soft open at Parlor and it is superb! The place isnicely decorated with ample seating both at the bar and at tables. The pizza is everything you expect in a Neapolitan stylepizza: great ingredients, nicely charred, with a good crust and a nice pull on the cheese. They have sourced some of the finestingredients from "00" flour (doppio) to San Marzano tomatoes! Wilton has a winner!!!! New Update! Tim and the team continueto impress every week. Andrew, the Pizzaiolo, makes a very good pizza! Everyone enjoys pizza: from Roman-style to Sicilian todeep dish to Neapolitan it's all good! Parlor makes a Neapolitan pizza that is superb in both flavor and presentation. Assomeone who reviews pizza around the world, and the former owner of the New York Pizza Expo, I will attest that Parlor cancompete with the best! If you prefer a Roman or Sicilian pizza then Parlor is not the place for you as there are other placesnearby, with good pizzaiolos, that provide that style. They are always introducing new pizzas with fresh ingredients accordingto the seasons! They continue to impress with their quest to perfect their dough. Read more

Had a delicious dinner here! Started off with a cocktail, had chips and onion dip (WOW!), some bread and butter, ending off with... pizza. Lots of options on the menu ? would highly recommend. Read more

I?d been wanting to try this place for a while and finally had the opportunity last night. I?ve found my new place for a great... pie! Charred, not burnt, crisp, but still has a bit of a doughy, very tasteful crust! I ordered a pepperoni and a plain cheeseand loved them both! The only downside is that they?re very small, personal sized pies, so I didn?t order enough for a familyof four! Next time I?ll snap some photos. This time, they weren?t around long enough to photograph. Wife and two kids lovedthe pizza here too. It?s very rare that everyone agrees!!! Read more

Pizza dough & cheese were raw. Asked to have it cooked more & waitress had major attitude. Then came back exactly same... undercooked. Had to send back few times. Last time cheese still raw with burnt crust. If you don?t know how to cook pizza thenwhy are you in business. With all other competitors on area for great pizza this place is over rated, very expensive & won?t begoing back. Had a salad for $17 just few pieces of lettuce not cut & they give you tiny plates where it?s falling off. They haveno clue here. Think they?re super hip & cool, nah don?t think so! A place that keeps blowing an air conditioner even in winter time, good song choices - but too loud, bathroom floor peed on so... you don?t know how to stand around the toilet. Parlor?s management needs to do a better job at training their service. Orperhaps they were told to keep the salad plates for pizza to save on overhead? Or take all the plates away before one isfinished eating and bring the bill even if no one is waiting for the table? We felt like we are not welcome. TG the food wasgood, which was 5 ??. Cool hip joint for some fresh pizza! The pizza is overall great, crust is chewy and slightly singed, toppings all well picked... and placed (especially the clam one), and great atmosphere for it all! The bartender was very nice to us, letting us try variouswines and beers before making a choice. Read more
