This place needs help. The managers and leads there seemed to know what they were doing. The others...not so much. Yhe kid that... took my order seemed quite lost in taking an order. I get that if you are new, but the interaction was definitely lacking. Read more

I tried the Chicken bacon asiago ranch club and I loved it! Highly recommend, and it would be excellent deconstructed too,... for gluten-phobes. The wait time at this Wendy's is not bad, and the food is top-notch, totally perfect. I'll be coming backregularly! Read more

Seems like a management review period...clearly those in charge were distracted by higher scrutiny, but it caused service and... quality to suffer while I was there. Training matters, but not at that cost. Nothing about this experience met expectations, and those supervisors were oblivious. They clearly felt they were more important. Read more

Horrible experience?.. sign on door said 11:30 am open in lobby, pulled to open door and it?s locked tried other door called... number to the restaurant, the person who picked up the phone I had said your sign said 11:39 and it?s 12:20 your door is stilllocked, his reply was ?.AND SO WE DONT CARE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. Good lunch (chicken BLT, kids cheeseburger, and kids hamburger). Loved that they had more than one fruit option for the kids... meals (strawberries and apples). Short staffed but the food quality was still good, the bathrooms were clean, and so was thedining area. Really friendly staff that, although it was busy and there were only a few of them, were still helpful and on topof things. Read more

We stop at this location on most of our trips to our from Portland. Today we had a bad experience. We are a family with special... needs children and have an oversized vehicle. We are to tall for mist drive through. So we have no issues unloading and goinginto a lobby. They have changed their hours and don't open the lobby until 11 am. No big deal we can wait. At 11:15 they stillhave not opened the lobby. My partner knocked on the door. After 10 minutes a young lady came to the door and said they would beopening the lobby late because of staffing. We asked if we could just place an order and we were told not until the lobby opens. We'll my partner walked around to the drive thru window and asked if we could place our order there. Unprofessional staff, blamed the lack of employees for the long wait but I saw at least 4, and they hung up on me when I... inquired about how to pick up delivery order. And they were rude to support staff who called to confirm the order was there.Didn't say one word to me to confirm what order just handed me a bag and turns out, it was the wrong order. But I wasn't goingto wait again I informed the guest I was sorry and had them refunded. I get being short staffed but generally an attitude canmake or break a shift and the overall morale during a stressful time can mean it goes well or it goes horribly. I can't imaginethe lady that we dealt with being chipper and kind and only rude to me and the support staff that had only called to insure theyhad received the order to save my time and theirs. Traveling north in I-5 toward Portland, and needed a bite to eat. I hadn't been to Wendy's in a while so I stopped, and got my... favorite Dave's double with fries, and a frosty (of course).
