Ordered from app for $5 footlong promo to find out they are not participating once we got there. Still paid for full price $9... foot longs because we ordered them & they made them, just wish there was better way for app to mark who is participating & whois not. Outside tables were dirty and when we asked for something to clean them off with they said they didn't have anything. Lemonade... had no ice, iced tea looked like it's been there forever, there was garbage all over the sidewalk and the garbage can wasoverflowing. Not real conducive to wanting to go back. Read more
Went in w 3 kids under 7. They asked what size sandwiches we wanted and since we only knew about 6 and 12 we ordered three 6... inches for the kids. Come to check out and find out that all kids sandwiches are 4 inches long - soooo no kids meals; we hadapparently ordered adult meals and the non-helpful person behind the counter did not inform us that there was anotheroption. And they did so with an attitude. Additionally, one of our picky kids only had 3 slices of salami... a significantlylesser amount of meat then is on even adult size sandwich. Subway is really good at delivering good food at a good price. This location was a little different however. The staff were... kind, but didn't care about anything too much. It was the first time I was disappointed with the sandwich I recieved becuase ofthe quality of its preparation. It was just sloppily done. The store in itself was well kept and clean. Terrible service and preparation! We ordered through the app and when we arrived to pick it up they still didn't have it ready. ... Also the subs looked horrible and unappetizing, they had very little turkey and almost no cheese, I asked for extra cucumbersand this is what I got. Read more
